Wir forschen an der
Zukunft des Modellbaus
Im Rahmen des BMBF-Förderprojekts‚ Handwerk 4.0: digital und innovativ (2022 – 2025) forschen wir in einem interdisziplinären Verbund an Anwendungslösungen zum Robotik-Einsatz in der handwerklichen Einzelfertigung.
Im Fokus: das Schleifen und Finishen von Bauteilen.
Im Mai ist die neue FZP32 der Firma Zimmermann in Betrieb gegangen. Die hochmoderne 5-Achs-Portalfräsmaschine der FZP-Linie mit thermosymetrischem Portal dient zur Bearbeitung von Aluminium, Faserverbund-werkstoffen, Kunststoffen und Ureol. Sie komplementiert unser hochmodernes Fräszentrum mit Verfahrwegen von 7000 x 3500 x 2500 mm, einer Vorschubgeschwindigkeit von 60.000 mm / min und von 180°/s & ihrem thermosymmetrischen Portal.

CONSULTING AND DEVELOPMENT
At the beginning of a new project there is almost always a challenging task, a problem, that needs to be solved. This is where we see our greatest strength. If we recognise unused potential, together with the customer, we can further develop the product and optimise it with regard to an efficient and resource-saving production and a modern design.
CAD CONSTRUCTION
We work on the most modern 3D-CAD/CAM systems from Catia and Tebis. If data are already available, we intensively check by data preparation wether the solution at hand is optimal. Data is transferred in-house directly via fibre optic network to the CNC milling machines, RP systems and measuring workstations. Our data servers comply with the latest technical standards and are protected against unauthorised access by an elaborate security system. A TISAX level 3 certification for secret prototypes guarantees the highest level of security.
PRODUCTION
The manufacturing know-how of our highly qualified team of employees guarantees the best product quality and well thought-out solutions. Through the consistent use of high-tech equipment, we can always deliver the highest quality in the shortest time possible. We are highly flexible in terms of size, shape and materials - from polystyrene to steel - up to a size of 8000 x 3500 x 2500mm in one piece
